- Payment information: credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; only Stripe customer/charge identifiers and the last four digits for receipts.
- Automatic information: standard web log data including IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and analytics: we use first-party cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
How We Use Your Information

SMS / Text Messaging
Program: Airport Car Service San Diego, operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC. We send customer-care text messages about your ride: quote and booking links, booking confirmations, and booking status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in: You consent to receive text messages only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our online booking form at airportcarservicesandiegoca.com/book-now/. Providing your phone number alone (by calling, booking, or requesting a quote) does not enroll you in text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can book a ride without agreeing to receive text messages.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent) will NOT be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from all sharing. Our SMS service provider handles your messages only to deliver them to you on our behalf.

Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the business — including Stripe (payment processing), our SMTP/email host, our SMS provider, and our dispatch software — and only to the extent required to deliver your ride. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, request a copy, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any CCPA right, including the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” right, email [email protected] with the subject line “CCPA Request” — we will respond within 45 days.
EU/UK residents have the right under GDPR to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, or delete personal data we hold. To exercise any right, email the address above.
Data Retention
We retain booking and customer information for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements (typically 7 years for transactional records), then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures (HTTPS/TLS, restricted access, PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe) to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party sites (airline status, maps, payment portals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
